Date is on title page that mentions that Appendix, Introducing Musical Events to 1876. Textblock is tanned but unmarked. Front hinge is spilt and is separated from binding which is tight. Back board is separated. Brown boards and spine are stained, dust soiled and faded. Spine has faded lettering. Spine is cocked. Spine and corners are bumped, scuffed and fraying. Spine is missing piece at top and bottom. Edges are tanned and dust soiled. Pieces are crumbling off. Previous owner signed inside front board and on FFEP. 1004 pgs. plus an Appendix.
